Reimagined Copper Import

During late 2019 I was tasked with redesigning importing one of our main pain points for new users on-boarding to our software. How can we enable users to quickly map thousands of rows of information into Copper. We knew that users who successfully imported had a much higher chance of being successful in Copper, so we wanted to go about making the process as simple, but powerful as possible. 

My responsibilities on the project were

• Understanding the problem with current import
• Conducting research by interviewing our customers to better understand their pains
• Developing a hypothesis around how to solve our importing problem
• Validating our solution by user testing on customers
• Iterating on designs
• Delivering final designs
